SHIPPING
Shipping and Handling charges are in addition to the posted pricing.

Orders, with the exception of international or military addresses, are shipped USPS ground. Please give a home address because we will not deliver to PO Boxes.

All applicable items are shipped with a Material Safety Data Sheet.

RETURNS AND DAMAGED PRODUCT
Damaged merchandise must be reported via phone (800-461-3864) or email (support@regalmanagement.com) within 24 hours of receipt. USPS, or the shipping company used, will inspect the merchandise and box. Upon confirmation, a credit will be issued for the amount of damaged product, or replacement product will be sent to you per your request.

Credit for returned merchandise will only be issued if product is returned in sellable condition and has received prior approval (need return authorization #) from our returns department (support@regalmanagement.com). There is a 10% re-stock fee for all returned purchases. Returns must be received within 20 days of purchase.
